Warranty and Return Policy
RemoteControls.com warrantees all remotes we sell to customers against workmanship and defects for a time period equivalent to the manufacturer's original guarantee period.
Malfunctioning remote controls that are within the warranty period may be returned for credit or replacement. Original warranties differ from 30 days to 1 year depending upon the manufacturer. All remotes may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receiving purchase. Any merchandise returned after 60 days from the date of receiving the remote control will be given store credit or replacements, at the preference of RemoteControls.com.
Defective remotes will be fixed, replaced, or a credit will be given at RemoteControls.com's choice.
RemoteControls.com will take all returns within the warranty period providing you contact us to get a return authorization number, please put this number on the outside of the box. Boxes not including return authorization numbers will be declined and returned. Shipping costs to return any items are the responsibility of the consumer.
RemoteControls.com will not be liable for any secondary, uncommon or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, whether expressed, implied, directly or indirectly arising out of purchaser's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the remote, separately or in combination with other apparatus, or from any other reason.
