Welcome to a review of Sanyo’s FVM-82 series, 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV. The Sanyo FVM-82 LCD HDTV comes in two sizes, 39” and 50” class, with a native resolution of 1920×1080 (1080p). This series has conventional fluorescent backlighting. Many new TVs now have a higher frame rate that’s designed to reduce the motion blur, a shortcoming of LCD technology.

There are 3 HD-capable inputs: 2 HDMI and 1 component-video, which can also be used as composite-video. It also has a USB port, which may allow you to plug in a thumb drive or memory card reader so you can play the stored photos, videos, and music on the TV.
The fully functional remote control for this series is part number GXBM and will navigate through all the feature and menu options.

The Sanyo FVM-82 has a stylish, contemporary look and the screen has a near matte finish. The bezel framing the screen is gloss black, making it a nice addition to any room.
