Welcome to a review of the Vizio E420d 42” E-series 3D TV. This series boasts great value in comparison to other TVs that offer similar features, including 3D capabilities as well as built in WiFi connectivity. There are more than enough apps for streaming video content, so you should never be without a show to watch. All the premium venues like Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Vudu, Hulu Plus, and Youtube are available and easily accessible using the Smart remote XRT110.

The viewing angles are lacking but that’s fairly common in TVs of this type and thus a minor negative. This model provides great value in comparison to other TVs that offer similar feature sets. If you are looking for a 3D TV on a budget, this is certainly the way to go and the 3D glasses are lightweight for comfort. Although this 3D TV may not be the most advanced or accessorized TV around, it will do its job to the fullest for most casual and even heavy users and is a rather cost efficient device making the Vizio E420d 42” E-series 3D TV a great pick up overall.
